Another glorious sunny day, but unfortunately for the Boardwise demo, no wind. So, rather than drive all the way around to Aberdyfi we thought it would be more fun (and more environmentally friendly) to canoe across.

I went in the i nflatable canoe with Morgan and let Steve borrow my racing ski. I had warned him that it was a little unstable, but he seemed to be getting on OK with it. Until there was a tiny bit of swell and then he spent quite a bit of time in the water!

I didn't take too long to get across to Aberdyfi though. We had a look at a few of the boards and could see lots of people trying out the SUPs at Graveyards. There wasn't a huge amount going on though although hey were running a few no wind slalom races!

We soon got back in the boats and headed for the shade of the jetty where we did a spot of crab fishing. Morgan seemed to be enjoying himself sat in the canoe and we did catch a crab. We then headed back across to Ynyslas and played on the sands for a bit.

What a perfect way to spend a sunny Sunday.
